Jojoba Desert (A.C.S) Ltd. is the world’s largest provider of jojoba-based products to the cosmetics industry. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and exceed their expectations, prioritizing quality as a value of utmost importance to our business. In an effort to exemplify our commitment to continuously improving our practices and processes, we have established a Quality Management System (QMS). The QMS provides a framework for measuring, assessing and improving our performance on an ongoing basis.

To ensure that we, at Jojoba Desert, achieve the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction,we have implemented the following procedures: 

1. Routine running of employee training and development programs.
2. Selection and monitoring of suppliers’ performance, according to set criteria.
3. Regular auditing of our internal processes.
4. Establishment and measurement of quality objectives reflecting our business aims.
5. Adhering to the principle of sustainability to ensure the future of jojoba growth and its use in the cosmetics industry.
6. Reviewing of audit results, customer feedback and complaints by JD’s management.
7. Periodic gathering and monitoring of customer feedback.

We are licensed by ISO 9001:2015, GMP, COSMOS and continue to adhere to these quality management procedures to improve our business and serve our clients.
